Pep Question
« on: December 18, 2011, 05:53:00 PM »
I'm trying to unfold something that has pieces that I can't use Join/Disjoin to get small enough to put on a single sheet.  Any way to force a break on a piece in a spot other then the fold lines?

If you have the original 3d model, you can edit it by adding an extra line that connects two vertices where you want to break or cut it.  If not, then you're stuck with simply letting that piece overlap two pages.

There is a way to do this in Pepekura Designer, I unfortunately don't have it installed here at work so I will find it when I get home.

I think it's in the 3d menus and cut or join.  I remember reading about it in the help.

PD does allow you to move vertex and lines as well as cut and join them. I will find this for you.
