Up and to the left of the bolter is what looks like a Techpriest Servo arm, and to the right is the chest piece for the Techpriest

The scale at which they churn those out is remarkable.

*Slaps self out of trance to respond*

Whoa, those are absolutly amazing! Definately a fantastic job on all those and I have to say that the heavy bolter the spave marine was carrying was epic! Heck, I want to see those in person myself, but I can't! But now I am inspired to continue with my DKoK uniform and make it the most awsome possible (just need a few more items)!

Oh hey, Kommissar, have you thought of a bondo layer over the foam to make a smooth surface and nice hard outer shell? That may solve the problem of the seal lines in foam armor.

It will. I coat mine in Mod-Podge first, paint it a base colour (my foam is black, primer is white), and slap a coat of resin on there with extra hardener. After that I fibreglass, but that step is unnecessary for anyone who isn't using theirs as actual functioning (versus cosplay/display) durable armour.
