Here are some really cool etched brass details pieces. Obviously they aren't really big, but would be perfect for small details and things of the sort.

Aquilla, but yeah i can understand the frustration, however the etched brass are over priced and on the small side for what you'd want to use them for.

www.gasmasks.net

I think I posted this in another thread already, but I figured I may as well archive it here.

While only about half the masks on the site are for sale, it's a good resource if you want to look for a type of gasmask that best fits your cosplay.

First post for me. This site I found sells lots of gothic wear, but I don't know if you will think it's appropriate for 40k costuming. Maybe for a fancy Inquisitor or Adept. Another thing to note is that it is expensive:

This links to the mens coats section. There are quite a few nice coats there.

Rubber Runners & Mats

For all your rubber and mat needs; easily cut for "soft" armor. You do need to send a specific order on their site, however, and they'll contact  you via your preferred method (phone, fax, E-mail).

Not exactly what I'm used to when I buy online, but I have yet to find a place that sells ribbed rubber like this.

I did a find-in-page for "cold" and didn't find the link posted below, apologies if I somehow missed it.

The page has a lasgun, bolt pistol and bolter-WIP. I did not tinker with the URL to see what else the website has.

Epic Armoury
(Note, this links just leads to their catalogue. Find them on Facebook for more info)

Danish LARP manufacturer - as far as I knowm, they ship to the US (if not, I can get the stuff and send it - of bring it to Dragon*Con, if you're going *G*). They've recently done a new series, called Dark Moon (back of their catalogue), which contains some really good stuff for Warhammer 40k. Witness their "chainsaw"

They have a "vibro glaive" that seems pretty inspired by the Grey Knights' weapon, a riot shield that would work great for anyone going for an Adeptus Arbites costumes and a "vibro sword" that's quite clearly a powersword. Plus, some neat props, mainly for fantasy, like a small, brass telescope in a leather pouch. Their weapons are a bit on the pricey side, but very good quality.
