do you have any examples? before and after? what does it do really?
is it liek evercoat?
hard to see, but by touch and texture, and paint applied after, it makes the world of difference.
foam absorbs alot of the paint you apply, the plastidip stops that alot.
its rubberized coating doesn't seem to rub or peel off, its a great thing to prime your armor with because other paints stick to it much better and get a much better consistency of coat than without it.
i experimented with some scraps awhile back and usually spray paint would have a powdery texture or flake off when the foam would flex, the plastidip wont come off, and the paint sticks to it really well, hence why i swear by it.
by "overcoat" do you mean the first layer of paint you put on, or the last? as this is the first layer that everything else sticks to.
