Yes they are.... i got them for .50 cents a set at Joanne's fabrics..... think i got the last 2 sets they had on clearance.

So i spent my weekend making purity seals and working on klingon House stuff ( trying to get a Klingon chapter started up soooo work work work to get all my adepts in a row. (if anyone is interested hit me up with a PM or on the FB group. so I should have my coat this weekend ( I HOPE I HOPE I HOPE!!!!) so here is a pic of my Purity seals with out the papers:

T- 1 1/2 weeks till Dragon*Con and we are almost finished... all that is left on the vest is buttons... and adding all the detail work to it. we are trying for a dry run of the costume on Sunday..... pix to follow.

Vest---- 95%
pants--- Bought
Belt---Bought
Leg Holster---- Bought
Boots--- No-Go. making due with combat boots
