starting a cadian guardsman!

hello! finally i start to make the cadian armor, i start with the helmet jejej now i post som pics from the proscess jeje

forgive my bad english :S

here is the process


i use this pepakura model



starting to cut the pieces



shit!! this pepakura is very small...



recalculating the scale



now is better jeje



next step fiberglassing



putting the putty



and now sanding









a coat base of od green and ready to paint jejeje















and this is the final result jejje next step the shoulder armor or the torso armor jejeje

Everything else you need is in the library. The shoulder armor, the greaves, and they are L/R oriented too. i think you might have to find a chest plate somewhere though

Yes jejej i got all the files jejeje i got the shoulders fiberglassed too and only ned to build the legs and chest jejeje

i re scaled to 285mm of heigt but my head is very small if yoy want to change the scale you need the pepakura designer

i bring more photos, sorry i was a month whithout touch the guardsman and here is the photos from the last month, i was this month full of comissions and i can't touch the armor...

the shoulders are done! (only need the straps) i finish the belt with surplus material that i got from airsoft and postapocalyptic LARPs  and i modifiy a canteen for the belt and made for it 2 purity seals ejje, actually i'm making the chest armor and the legs hehe

(and again sorry for my english i'm very begginer :S)


yes is a dark angels emblem XD















i modify a little bit the helmet, i add a click buckles (i don't know the name of this plastic buckles)







and the armor (actually is semy builded in paper)


i hope can got time this month for make more jeje

hell yeah man, i just printed out the chest and ill start that once i finish fiberglassing the shin guards. wanna race to see who can finish the IG armor first?
