Pep help

Hello all I am in need of some assistance. So I am printing my first pep. Terminator helmet. Well it keeps printing all black. Solid black pages. Then I converted to pdf to print. NOW I get numbers no shapes or outlines. Please help any ideas. And any ides to print in letter format.

Possibly your printer drivers?

Under settings > Print and paper settings > switch Print Lines Clearly to Print Lines Smoothly (bitmap) and see if that helps.

I have done both I'm updated for printer, and have set those settings correctly
