Help Wanted - Drukhari Kabalite Cosplay

Hi everyone, ive been wanting to make a 40k cosplay for a while and want to know how i would go about making a kabalite warrior cosplay. I cant find any existing files, so what programs would people use to make their own? Also, how do you ensure you get clean cuts and joins?
