Yes. This is turning out great. It took me over an hour to pick the right fabric between the reds available at the store, but man, I got it right! Sure, it's itchy, heavy, warm and expensive, but it looks so good. *drool* First time I sew something wearable! Had I realised earlier how much fun it is, I'd have needed an extra wardrobe by now...

Lower righty under construction. Fake hydraulics will move, the claw will not, however.

Working on my control glove :-) If you get the chance to cut, glue, shape, solder or screw something directly onto your arm, do it! It is a very weird (but awesome) felling :-)

And for the first time, I've been able to field test the kit! Sure, only two moving arms and one control glove, but it is working! I can actually walk around and poke stuff! :D

Mini bolt pistol for the upper right arm! For which self-respecting, omnissiah-hallowing tech-priest would not repair a heretic by replacing it's brain tissue with explosive, rocket-propelled bullets?

And the multi-tools of lower lefty.

Drill, syringe and purifier for all maintenence applications.

And a really heavy-duty arm joint to support this a-bit-too-heavy tool... :-P Will probably have some movement issues...

And off course, a video! Of awesomness. I had only two operable arms, but I managed to put moost parts together to try them out for the first time!

I've been busy, so I haven't managed to update here in a while. But you'll like this :-)

Almost finished! :D

I painted everything a dull metallic grey, accented with some red and warning tape black/yellow.

And took some sand paper to the cloak. And sacred unguent of lubrication, of course.

The bolt gun arm was actually fitted with three joints, so the pistol would aim when the arm arose.

And of course I needed to look the part as well. And somewhere to hide the mic for the voice changer I made :-)

And here it is. All parts assembled, ready for its very first crash test. Yup. It crashes just fine.

A small video of it moving can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=341512286013881&set=vb.250580785107032&type=3&theater

Almost there, now!   ;D

Awesome looking! How do you get the arms to move and how do you control it?

Time for some update here!

Hellwolve: The arms move through servomotors controlled by flexsensors in the gloves. Check the earlier parts of this thread :-)

I put some lazors in the boltpistol arm, so I can see what I'm aiming at!

And made some throat cover. Made it a little hard to look down, and it isn't really comfortable, but sure looks good! Especially as a hat.

And, of course, photoshop! I want that titan...

Must've overlooked that bit :) Thanks!
