Sweet, thanks! Noob again.. how would i go about tinting it?

I think what ragnar meant is you can buy clear plexiglass/a face shield and add window tint (house window tint tends to stick less ideally, so try to stay to automotive) to the inside, or just buy a properly tinted welding visor.

Ok, to go into a little more detail, there are two basic ways to tint the lens:

1)  Go to an autoparts store, they sell a wide variety of tint kits for cars, use one of those.
2)  Follow the instructions here:  http://www.ritdye.com/diy-projects/odds-ends/dyed-buttons I would recomend doing a few test dyes first because depending on the plastic you might need to go hotter (I've heard 160 and boiling) or longer (I've heard as long as 20 minutes)

Greetings Brothers, Its been a while since i've checked in on these forums. I just wanted to drop some photos / video of my LotD armor. In comparison to some of the armor on this forum *cough*greyknights*cough* im almost ashamed of my ability.
but it was my first shot so if i ever get the chance to do it again im gonna try alot harder, im thinking about doing the space wolves. Anyways here are some pics of what i was able to do.

These are some photos from a con i went too.

And heres a cosplay video i made it in from the con. Im at 2:34

Love the flame pattern on the helmet. and the overall bulk of the costume is great too. i think all you needed was to give it a little more love before painting with a sander to smooth it out and it would have been perfect
