Spoonflower will make any fabric design you want, you just have to submit it and hand over money. Every now and then, they cull trademarked art (such as Dr Who), so get it while the getting is good. Alternately, design something better and have them print it.

I have heard that their inks & dyes can be known to wash off quickly, so I would suggest making something from their company that wouldn't get thrown in the washing machine often.
