A pep file would suck serious balls and ass.
My suggestion, as I'm sure has already been said, or at least thought of, is to use the Titus image as a template. You could use it to make the pieces out of foam.

Here, to get you started.





Other suggestions - use Google, look at GW models.

so i'm cutting and putting the pieces of the lower leg/boot together...what a gigantic pain in the ass...someone much smarter than me should revamp those damn things with much fewer seams /rantoff

ok getting around the joints in the suit so i need some suggestions for the material that people have used to make the non armor section. I was thinking a ribbed cloth (for her pleasure, giggity) or some sort of light plastic. suggestions?

I'm using something like this

Ribbed Shelf Liner

Its foam and not the plastic liners. If you are in the states, look at Walmart in the kitchen section.  I am actually going to be painting mine tonight and putting it in my suit.  I'll post pics.

I just use the public folder in dropbox.  If you are using windows, you can right click on the file and it will give an option for the public link.
