After the photoshoot I did with it in I decided not to wear it for the con. I found it fogged up so badly I might as well have been wearing an eyepatch. I needed to see clearly all con just because of the crowds. I was half tempted to wear it on stage but I don't think I would have made it back down the stairs.
Maybe next time.
I have some plastimake to play around with so I might make a sturdier one with some air holes so it breaths.

Also a next time will be the helmet. It took the wig off with it when I tried to remove it, and I didn't think of just not wearing the wig with in until after the con. >.<

Ah well, there's very little damage on the suit so it's going to get quite a few wears,

@Chris - She's from the Order of the Sacred Rose, an ordo militant who works with the inquisition rather than an ordo ecclesiarch. It's one of the canon orders.

Perhaps make your wife a robe? It's simple nothing outlandish and you can decorate it with order symbols. And would still go nicely with a Guardsman cosplay. Little steps into getting her to cosplay, it's so much fun.

Ah, im glad she serves the inquisition as im not a massive fan of the ecclisiarchy, SoB are under rated IMO, but your fighting the war and giving them a good name, the Ephrial stern comic strips where amongst my favourites in warhammer monthly when it was around. As for my wife, if she does try cosplay it wont be from the 40k universe, she asked me to make her a costume for halloween based the nurse with the bleeding eys from the first silent hill movie, thats as far as her interest goes lol.
