Just wanted to thank you a lot for the pictures for your build. I am building chaos sorcerer Neroth and I get an enourmous amount of inspiration from your build.

I did already do the stilts different tough, since I chose to go for a pvc pipe set up for those.

Where in the download file is the pattern for the silts and bottom of the boots? I've looked everywhere i can think to look and cant find it

There are no patterns for the platforms. But there are plenty of pictures of the costruction of them. This is in no way a complete instruction for power armor. That said, there is much information in there. Good luck with your buiild! Make the Emperor proud.

Hello Mr. Pilerud! first of all, i really love your work! it's amazing! and it's inspire me to create my own space marine! but excuse me, i have a questions...

1- about the foam, in my country (im from the fifth world) only we have 5mm. of thick, maybe 10mm. whit luck, but the price of that foam it's so steep...... any problem whit 5mm?

5 mm is very thin. But EVA foam kan be very different in how hard it is. A harder 5 mm is great for a helmet and smaller parts. A whole armor in 5 mm would never work. But if you glue several sheets of 5 mm together to get 10 or 15 mm I think it could work well. Rememeber though that a complete armor is many square meters of foam. So it is rather expensive. ok, I'll follow your advice and glue the foam together to make 15mm. to assemble the armor (at least the chest, pants and boots)
again thanks! I hope that one day they will be invited to my country's comicon ... (Henry Cavill came, so I keep hope)
