I'm finding it rather hard to get bullet marks and claw scrapes right for battle damage - how did you do yours or are there any tips you can give to make them look 'realistic'?

did you seal the foam with the same painter's filler you used for the seams or was that just to make an pretty seam line?

"Dremel"-type machine. And paint. Soldering iron could also be used.

Did you make the arm holes of the chest piece larger ?

I am foreseeing problems putting my arms down at my sides with the stock pattern. Comparing my chest piece to yours, it appears you may have trimmed yours down a bit to alleviate this problem.

Yes, arm holes are made bigger.
