Just one question, how on earth did you manage to get the foam to go flat and stay flat for the bolter? lol

further question, if you don't mind me being annoying about this  [img]http://i6.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' />

I'm finding it rather hard to get bullet marks and claw scrapes right for battle damage - how did you do yours or are there any tips you can give to make them look 'realistic'?

-editting in another question that i remembered!-

did you seal the foam with the same painter's filler you used for the seams or was that just to make an pretty seam line?

"Dremel"-type machine. And paint. Soldering iron could also be used.

Download the latest version of my file. In the text document is all the answers about that.

Good luck!

Did you make the arm holes of the chest piece larger ?

I am foreseeing problems putting my arms down at my sides with the stock pattern. Comparing my chest piece to yours, it appears you may have trimmed yours down a bit to alleviate this problem.

Thanks for the build, I use your photos for reference daily.

Yes, arm holes are made bigger.

New video added to the first post, from the latest Convention, featuring the new bolt pistol + power fist!
