I printed them up much like Caramel suggested. I used the poster size setting in the printer options in Adobe reader and printed four letter size to one A3 sheet, then taped them together and cut the patterns out.

I have updated the building suggestions in the space marine build download. Uppdates about filling out seams, and alot more about Worblas Finest Art.

I have done updates to the download in the first post:

* I have updated the building suggestions in the space marine build download.

* I have sorted the pictures and made it more accessible to reduce confusion.

* Mega Stomp BATTLE (The new one) modification added.

* Also added more 40K pepekura files (and 3D models) I have found around the web, for those building related stuff.

Are these only foam + glue + paint, or are there some more addons to make it more sturdy, like resins or fiberglass?
Does it hold its shape?

I have plans to make my own once I scrounge up enough money and parts.

Would you (or anyone else here) have any tips for modifying this armour into a Space Wolf pattern?

Simple. Add Space Wolf details dude. Find a miniature/image that you like, and make your armour look like that.

The patterns are "blank", ie not Chapter specific (even though I believe they are modelled off an Ultramarine). You can make them any Chapter you want.
