I realised I have a con in a month, and want something fun and fairly low-stress to pull together.

Do you think these could make a good starting point for a decadent noblewoman?

Those bits will work perfectly together with maybe the addition of some corsetry-style detail under the bodice (kind of similar to Sisters of Battle armour) and big flowing skirts.
