Bill Doran also has some good foam tips for making sweet cuts. I thought his vacforming and plastic oven videos were infantile, and not terribly helpful from a material characteristics or pressure versus volume perspective (both questions I am not sure that I have the correct answers for), his heat gun techniques are boss.
