Yes their will be more to this I haven't even started the gambeson or other fabric elements. I do realize how scrawny I look in that suit and it will be filled out. Since that post I randomly and unplanned came up with a good chain mail shirt stand in to bridge the gap in the main body. It's this weird military surplus mesh shirt that I had previously dyed black, a little gold paint and it becomes decent costume mail. This is interesting as this is better than my original plan to simply wear the armor over the gambeson.
