The scale of your pep patterns should be set at 850 scale if your 182cm in height, using Shiney's unfolds seeing as you're taller you need to adjust them a bit, maybe 870. I'm afraid I cant be more help than that!  [img]http://i6.ifrm.com/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' />

Well I'm 182cm, but a bit skinny and I actually scaled the chest file down to 830 scale and the fit is perfect. I'm afraid due the variation in peoples bodies no matter what height they are the standard of 850 scale for 182cm is open for adjustment and it's a bit of a hit and miss affair.

I've never had any luck with the 850 scale thingy... I always have to base thme off the Height of the piece and adjust the height in Pepakura.

mbe make it to 850 in two main parts: front and back, and leave open the sides (under the armpit) and over the shoulder (from neck to shoulder extremity). like a breastplate and a backplate. Then wear them and recut the sides and over-shoulder "joins" to suit your shape.

I think it is better to go a little over-size than under - cutting foam and rejoining seems to be better than cutting and filling with additional foam. If you leave a seam open until fitting, then you have a choice of both options.
